Nebraska Insurance Adjuster

Become A Nebraska Insurance Adjuster.

The Straight Story! Nebraska does not license Insurance Adjusters.  Employees and residents of Nebraska who handle claims in this state, are not required to be a Licensed Adjuster.

Residents of Nebraska who want to become an Independent Claims Adjuster should obtain the Texas All Lines Adjuster License.  The Texas Department of Insurance will issue you a Texas All Lines Adjuster’s License: Non-Resident, Designating Texas as your home state.  This will allow you to enjoy the full benefits of Reciprocity when trying to obtain an adjuster’s license in other licensing states.  You will enjoy the same benefits as a Texas resident.
