Eric did an exceptional job teaching this course. He made the material easy to understand, provided real world scenarios and his straightforward teaching technique was superb. I am a brand new adjuster with no prior experience and Mr. Thomas provided me with the tools to not only successfully pass my exam, but to pass it above the minimum score requirement! I recommend taking his course whether you’re a first time adjuster or doing CE.
